TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Full payment is required upon collection of your vehicle
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings without adequate deposit

Vehicle Condition

To ensure the highest quality of work and protect our equipment, we require all vehicles to meet the following conditions before drop-off:

  • Vehicle must be clean, both interior and exterior
  • Fuel tank should be at least quarter full
  • All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle
  • Any existing damage must be reported prior to work commencing

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse service or charge an additional cleaning fee if the vehicle does not meet our cleanliness standards.

Warranty & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a comprehensive warranty on all modifications and installations:

  • 12-month workmanship guarantee on all labour
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and components
  • Warranty is void if modifications are tampered with or altered by third parties
  • We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not reported prior to work

Our liability is limited to the cost of remedial work. We accept no responsibility for consequential losses, vehicle downtime, or loss of earnings.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer (BACS)
  • Credit/Debit cards (processing fee may apply)

Full payment must be made before collection of your vehicle. We reserve the right to retain your vehicle until payment is received in full.

Late collection: A storage fee of £25 per day will be charged for vehicles not collected within 48 hours of notification that work is complete.
