REFUND POLICY

BOOKING DEPOSITS

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. This deposit is deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the full deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

BESPOKE & CUSTOM-ORDERED PARTS

Items ordered specifically for your vehicle, including custom steering wheels, body kits, and bespoke number plates, cannot be returned or refunded once ordered. This is because these items are manufactured or sourced exclusively for your specification.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a fault with our installation, contact us within the warranty period for that service. We will inspect the vehicle and rectify any fault caused by our workmanship free of charge. Refunds are not offered in place of rectification.

Contact us at info@visualizehq.co.uk or call 07946 265260. Please provide your booking reference, vehicle registration, and photographs of the issue. Our warranty is void if the vehicle has been tampered with or repaired by a third party without our written consent.
